Our New Patient Coordinator is here Monday to Friday and can help you with any questions you may have. She is happy to explain more about our services, our protocols for treatment, fees, insurance questions, and more.
Should you wish to explore treatment options further, she can guide you through the next steps. For MeRT, this entails a non-invasive qEEG (quantitative EEG, essentially a brain map as explained above). Several days after the qEEG you will have a consultation with our Medical Director, to show you the results of your testing, discuss what those results mean, and whether or not you or your child may benefit from MeRT or our other services.
This allows us to collectively assess the potential benefits of treatments tailored to your unique profile. You can then decide whether you’d like to proceed, so you can make an informed choice about your treatment.
